PT 12/31/15
When I talk about getting hooked up 2 the e-stem machine with a hot pack put on top of that the pictures in this blog post are what I mean.
The 1rst picture is the electrods attached 2 my leg around my knee. The next picture is a pictures of the e-stem machine. The 3rd picture is the hot pack on top of the electrods. The 4th & final picture is a close up picture of the e-stem machine.

Don't Turn That Knee That Way
When getting in the shower this morning I was lifting my leg over the side of the tub & I must have turned my knee the wrong way because it REALLY HURT when I did it & it still REALLY HURTS now. Wish I wasn't in so much pain!!!!!
